Purchased tickets are non-refundable.

The tickets are not linked to scheduled departures, so the ticket is flexible in terms of when you want to take the train up or down. The validity date is stated on the ticket (seasonal).

Children aged 5 years and younger get a free ticket on the track. Strollers can be brought along at no extra cost.

The Loen Skylift and its associated facilities are thoughtfully designed to ensure full accessibility for individuals with disabilities.
